Stringers glued

The lower three pairs of stringers are now glued.  I got them glued and clamped yesterday afternoon, and I was able to get pictures today after removing the clamps.  I also trimmed 10mm off of the stem to bring it down to plan height.  The king plank now has a bit less bend.

I am planning on getting the bottom two rows of planking in place before mounting the gunwale stringers.  The force needed to bend them into place is significant, and I would like to stiffen the bulkheads to avoid tweaking things.  The next step will be to plane the lower stringer to take the garboard plank.  Then I get to trace, cut, fit, and install the garboards.
